The Colorado Dark Arts Festival

Come a-gothing with us on Sunday, May 25 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
downstairs at The Church, 1160 Lincoln, Denver, CO

The Raqs Gothika, a celebration of the darker side of the dance, will be held during The Colorado Dark Arts Festival.

The Colorado Dark Arts Festival has featured belly dancing in previous years, but this year we will have structured format with performances by: Phoenix, Jawahir, Raks Benazir, Ama'la, Rafi'ah, Taka, Raqs Sayyal and more!

The Colorado Dark Arts Festival is a one-day celebration of the Colorado Gothic subculture at two venues:
The Church, 1160 Lincoln, Denver, CO
and
Café Netherworld, 1278 Pennsylvania, Denver, CO

This is the sixth festival put on by the Colorado Dark Arts Collective (CDAC), a non-profit group of Gothic artists, the first being the 2002's successful Denver Dark Arts Festival. In addition to being a chance for local Goths to come together, CDAF is a showcase for some of the area's best and brightest artists, musicians, dancers and more.
